NLP

Individual Sessions

One-on-one sessions of NLP are the fastest way to get to the heart of an issue and change it. Many people will require only one session of NLP in order to make the changes they want (this varies between individuals depending on the issue). Clients attend an initial session of up to 90 minutes’ duration. If further sessions are required, they are one hour in length.

Individual sessions are held in Ashfield, Sydney.

Workshops

Weight Loss

Tried every diet around and still overweight? That’s probably because you haven’t dealt with the real reasons you over-eat, which are often emotional.

This workshop uses neuro-linguistic programming techniques to change the way you think about food. This workshop is sure to change your eating patterns and habits and get to the real reasons why you are overweight. This will make weight loss much easier and permanent. Get to the bottom of why you eat the way you do and change it forever!

Self-Esteem

Find it hard to say ‘no’ to others? Feel worthless at times? Lack confidence? Wish you could stand up for yourself more often? Always feeling guilty? Long-standing patterns such as these can be difficult to change despite years of trying. However, once you know how, it becomes easy to make the changes you desire.

This workshop uses highly effective neuro-linguistic programming techniques to increase your confidence and feelings of self-worth. Be confident in standing up for yourself and appreciate your own value!

Tools for Life

This four hour workshop covers around 70% of the material in the Self-Esteem workshop, but has more of a focus on explaining how NLP works and equips participants with some NLP-based tools that they can use in their everyday lives.

Stress Management and Relaxation

Got a stressful job or stressful life? Find it difficult to manage your time effectively or to say ‘no’ to people? Find it difficult to wind-down after work or to sleep at night?

This workshop uses neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques to deal with all of the above, and more, to help eliminate the sources of stress in your life. It will help you change your conditioned patterns of dealing with stress. Basic relaxation techniques will also be taught.

Creative Visualisation for Health and Happiness

Your mind is the most powerful tool you have. With it, you can create the kind of life you want. This workshop uses a series of visualisation exercises to increase health, happiness, self-esteem and goal setting for the future. Basic meditation and the effective use of affirmations will be taught. Students will also learn techniques for use at home. Come along, have some fun and learn how to make the most of the power of your mind.

YOGA

 

Corporate/Group Classes

Break Free NLP and Yoga can offer weekly yoga classes at your workplace. Many people would like to do yoga, but have difficulty finding the time to get to classes. Weekly yoga classes in your workplace overcomes this problem. The convenience of having a yoga class come to you is immense. Classes cater for all levels of students, including complete beginners.

Yoga is a great way to refresh at lunchtime or to wind down after work.

Your workplace will need:

  • a large space (eg. meeting room or hall)
  • a minimum of 6 people
  • parking for the instructor

REIKI

Reiki Treatments

One hour treatments are available, including on weekends and after hours. All treatments are held in the Inner West of Sydney.

Reiki Treatments for Animals

Reiki assists animals to heal themselves. It works at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Reiki is complementary to more traditional treatments. It is non-invasive and perfectly safe.

Reiki assists with:

  • physical illnesses
  • injuries
  • after surgery
  • emotional or behavioural problems.

Most animals are sensitive to energy and are usually very open to receiving a Reiki treatment.
